Tartaleta Green & Yellow Floral Print Smocked Dress

Made from a medium weight cotton the dress features a classic yellow, green and blue floral print, a beautiful hand smocked panel to the bodice is embroidered with sweet yellow and green flowers, a sailor type riffle trimmed bib to the bodice and a tie bow to the back complete the look. The dress button fastens at the back and is line in a soft white cotton.
